The Chamblee Bulldog Band program consists of three unique concert bands, a percussion ensemble, jazz band, pep band, and a marching band with color guard and dance team. School district funding and student fees do not cover all expenses for a program of this size, so your support is greatly appreciated. Our booster club provides various fundraising opportunities to help provide funding for necessary equipment and enhancements.
Our tiered sponsorship program allows individuals, families, and businesses to show their support for our band program, with levels starting at just $75. Benefits vary according to sponsor levels (see below) or can be customized to target specific program needs or your own marketing goals.
In addition to becoming a patron of the arts and community, you will also enjoy band booster loyalty and gain valuable exposure for your business.
Chamblee High Band’s website is updated throughout the year, and we continually drive traffic there for information. All pages, including the Sponsor page, are globally visible/searchable.
Band social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) feature regular updates and shout-outs to our amazing sponsors!
Announcements during football games and concerts will reach audiences of 600 - 1,000 or more.
Every dollar raised is used solely for the benefit of the band program. Chamblee High Band Boosters is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so contributions may be tax-deductible, please check with your tax provider. We will provide receipts and acknowledgement for all contributions. You may, of course, opt out of any display, if you prefer to remain anonymous.

These specific sponsorship opportunities are essential to our program, and each provides unique recognition opportunities, in addition to the benefits above.
Instrument Maintenance Fund ($500-$1,000 suggested)
Our inventory of instruments requires constant upkeep, and this is often a hidden cost to many. Each concert program will include an acknowledgement such as “The following instruments have been repaired or maintained this fall (winter, spring), thanks to the generous sponsorship of _________” for a partial donation, or “thanks to the (your company name) Instrument Maintenance Fund.”Marching Band Pre-Game Meals ($400-$800 suggested)
We provide dinner for the entire marching band and staff before Friday football games. Restaurants who sponsor dinner will receive a special shout-out (with logo and link) in the weekly email newsletter, and a shout-out during the half-time announcement.Marching Band Transportation Fund ($500-$1,000 suggested)
We are quickly outgrowing our trailer! Thanks to a new drumline and additional percussion equipment, we will need to supplement our trailer space this year with renting a larger vehicle to provide extra capacity. Your logo would be displayed on a large vehicle magnet on the back of the trailer, with a “Marching Band Transportation Support provided by ______________” tag.To discuss additional sponsorship opportunities or negotiate benefits, please contact us directly.
