Marching Band Season Schedule

All are subject to change.

Technique Camp

Monday, May 17 to Friday, May 21, 4:30-6:30 and Saturday, May 22, 9:00am to noon

Minimal playing throughout, we’ll be working on marching techniques. Mandatory for ALL marching band including Percussion and Color Guard.


Percussion and Color Guard Camp

July 12-15, 2021

Mandatory for Percussion and Color Guard only.


Band Camp

July 19-23, 2021

Exact location to be announced by late April. We anticipate the COVID will still be an issue in July, so we’re making back-up plans to hold a (local, nearby) day-camp this year, 8:00am to 8:00pm. Mandatory for ALL marching band including Percussion and Color Guard.


To join Marching Band, complete these electronic forms* and pay dues:

Commitment Form - due on or before May 28

Permission-FieldTrip-Insurance-Medical Info - due by July 6

DCSD Guidelines - due on or before May 28

Insurance Card upload - due by July 6

Volunteer Needs (for parents and guardians)

*You can fill them out on your computer or smart phone. If you'd prefer printable forms, see below. These can be printed, completed, then scanned and either emailed to chambleehsband@gmail.com, or mailed to CHS Marching Band, 3688 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341. If you submit hard copies, please also include a copy of the front/back of you insurance card.

Dues and Donations

Dues for 2021-22 Season

Dues are $450 and will include:

  • "Show Shirt" T-shirt

  • Band Camp

  • Meals before games

  • Show music

  • Section coaches

  • Uniform maintenance
