The latest and greatest info for Seniors....   

• Don't forget to submit your completed Senior Info Sheet to mike.allers@me.com by Tuesday, Nov 2

• Our after-game Senior Reception will be at Huntley Hills Pool & Tennis Club, 2032 Plantation Lane, Chamblee, GA  30341 - about a 5 minute drive from the school. See the Evite (you will also get one in your inbox).  It will be a fun evening!  We'll have soft drinks, a light dinner and cake.  All band members are also invited.  

• 5:15pm: Game kick-off at North Dekalb Stadium.  Tickets on sale here.   Parents and families are not expected before the game, as we have done in the past.   

• To escort your senior, please report to the front of the stands at the end of the 2nd Quarter of the game.  (Estimate 6:00pm?)  Families will line up in alpha order, and walk around the track to the far side of the field as the band is performing their half-time show.  Seniors will be announced after Marching Band finishes.  

• Each senior is allowed TWO people to accompany them as they are announced.  There is no limit to guests in the stands, only the field.

Letterman Jackets

• Each Marching Band participant earns a letter the first year they're on Marching Band. Additional years as a member earn them a "bar" pin (small gold bar) to wear on their letter.

• To order a Letterman Jacket, go to this website, pick out your jacket style.   Be sure to indicate you have a "Customer Property" and look for details on how to send in your chenille letter "C" patch for your jacket.  There is an additional $5 charge to sew the letter on.
