What to Bring

Packing List.docxIn particular, don't forget these essentials:
o Instrument & all necessary accessories (reeds, straps, etc.)
o Shoes: These should be good athletic shoes (Nike, Adidas, New Balance etc., NOT Converse, Vans or cleats), and should be neither new (blisters!) nor worn out. Start breaking in a new pair now, if needed.
o 1-gallon water jug (blue): like this one from Amazon
o Dot Book: spiral bound 3”x5” notecards, with string that ties around your waist. We recommend one with a plastic cover like this one, or you may purchase one from us for $3.
Snacks & Drinks: We need each student to contribute snacks and drinks, assigned by grade level.
- 9th - Sweet snacks
- 10th - Salty snacks
- 11th - Gatorade/Powerade
- 12th - Fruit
Band Camp will be a lot of fun, but it is also hard work! It is NOT sitting in the band room playing instruments all day; there will be physical conditioning, marching, playing, and a lot of activity in the hot July sun. Please make sure you are staying active during the summer!
