The Chamblee Marching Bulldogs are excited to see all our former members and have a chance to catch-up and get together to play all our favorite S'tunes!

Schedule

5:15pm - Start to gather in Bulldog Plaza (see below for parking info) Bulldog Plaza is he breezeway in between the two main school buildings, accessable from Pierce Drive, or a short walk up from Mendenhall and the practice field.  

We'll eat a pre-game meal the band, you can pick out a vintage show-shirt (if needed) and visit with fellow alumni.  Can't make it that early?  No worries, come when you can, but in time for the parade!  The band eats at 5:15pm.

6:15pm - Line up with the band for inspection

6:40pm - Parade Step-Off.  Contingent upon approval and assistance from the Chamblee City Police, the Homecoming Parade will stage and step-off on Mendenhall (near tennis courts), turn right and go along Chamblee-Dunwoody Road in front of the school, then turn right and go down Pierce Drive to the stadium.  

7:15pm - Pre-Game Show (we'll play the national anthem and CHS alma mater song on the track)

7:30pm - Kick-off and start playing s'tunes!

8:30pm - Half-Time (approx).  Join us on the field and play music with us for the Homecoming Court introductions, then you're free to enjoy the rest of the game as you please.

Fee to Participate: $20

Your $20 covers your dinner and entry ticket into the stadium.   Follow the link above to pay in advance, or pay in cash or by credit card when you arrive on Oct 20.   

What to wear?

Black or Khaki pants, shorts or skirt - and your old CHS Band T-Shirt, a plain blue shirt, some CHS Spirit Wear, or pick from one our of vintage season t-shirts (at no charge) while they last.   Remember to wear comfortable shoes.  We'll have water in the stands for you.

But Wait!  I need music!

Fear not!  Sign-up to attend and we'll email you a link to the music we'll be playing.  To practice, you can view it on your mobile device, or print and use it as sheet music.  Who knows, you might actually remember a lot of it!?

Bringing friends and family?

Friends and family can plan to come in time to get a spot along the parade route, watch the parade, then enter the stadium through the front gates.  They need their own game tickets ($7/each), which can be purchased in advance through the GoFan app (info here) and will need to show that on their smart phones as the enter the stadium.   There is no clear bag policy.  Concessions inside the stadium will be available.  CHS Alumni Foundation will most likely be tailgating in front of the stadium before the game and selling food for a small fee.  

Parking

Parking is available in designed lots around the school on a first-come, first-served basis.  There is one large lot, and two small lots along Pierce Drive, and a few small lots along Mendenhall Drive (near tennis courts and baseball field).  Overflow parking is available a short walk away in Chamblee Plaza.  Please observe all parking rules, towing will be enforced.
